Returns and Exchanges

If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason (they don’t fit, have an imperfection, or just clash with swag) you can submit your return for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Refunds are always issued to store credit
  • Check which items are ineligible for return below
  • Hold onto your return tracking #, we can't look up your return without it
  • It can take up to 7 business days to issue your store credit once your return is received
  • Exchanges can be done using your store credit to place a new order
  • If your account is flagged for returns abuse we can't accept your return

There are some item(s) we don’t take back:

    • Anything worn, altered, clearly used or missing its original packaging and tags
    • Thrifted clothing is all final sale!

If your return comes back with any of these ineligible items we'll figure out what to do with it and won't be able to issue store credit. 

Sorry, we don’t offer exchanges but you can place another order for the item(s) or size(s) you need with your store credit! We'll always email you when your credit is in your account so you can shop ASAP. 

HOW DO I SEND BACK MY RETURN?

Click START RETURN from your account to begin your return. Print your return instructions, label and packing slip and follow these 3 easy steps to send back your return:

1. Affix your shipping label to your return
2. Pack up your return & packing slip
3. Drop off your return at a UPS location

Processing returns takes up to 7 business days after they are delivered to our warehouse, so please be a little patient with us, we will get to your return ASAP because we want to put a smile on your face. 

As soon as we process your return, we'll send you a confirmation email that store credit was issued. Your store credit is under the same email your order was placed with.

3. Click on your shopping bag
4. Click the "Store Credit, Gift Card or Promo Code?", at the bottom of your cart BEFORE the checkout page.
5. Check the black box next to the amount of your store credit to apply it to your order.

If you didn’t have an account, one was created for you under the email you ordered with.

Don't worry, we will make one for you! Just wait for your return confirmation email containing all the information about your NEW account with Time and Couture! Once you are logged into your new account your store credit will magically appear on your shopping cart page! YIPPIEEE!

I GOT MY ORDER AND SOMETHING'S WRONG, WHAT DO I DO?

Oh nooo! If you've received your order and something's wrong we need to know within 5 days. Don't wait a month, we won't be able to help. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect send us a pic!
