HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

We’re working closely with our teams, global mail carriers and our suppliers to maintain their safety while fulfilling your orders. Orders typically take 24–72 business hrs to process after they have been placed but we are currently backed up due to precautionary measures related to the coronavirus pandemic. We’ll keep you updated on order delays via e-mail.

There may be **some delays that are outside of our control. Currently, some standard service international orders are experiencing delays and all carriers/services we use have confirmed orders are still being delivered.

The tracking information in your shipment confirmation will have the most up to date information. Since we use many different carriers for our shipments globally, we recommend also checking the carrier’s website used for your shipment and keeping an eye on local announcements for the most up to date info.

Our customer service squad is still available to answer your questions via email or chat. We will do our best to respond to your needs as quickly as possible, and will respond to each and every one of you within 24 hours(usually faster!).
